ASSET INTEGRITY
TAKNIYAT’s Asset Integrity services encompass corrosion monitoring, corrosion assessment, consultancy, and the supply of corrosion monitoring devices. Additionally, TAKNIYAT is expanding its scope to include Cathodic Protection services, along with a range of conventional and advanced NDT techniques, supported by our strategic partners and associates.
CORROSION MONITORING
We provide our clients with safe and professional corrosion monitoring services, which include the retrieval and installation of corrosion coupons, as well as the monitoring and replacement of electrical resistance probes, sand erosion probes, and bio-probes.
Our services also include the treatment of coupons, calculation of corrosion rates, analysis of coupon morphology, and recommendations on the type of corrosion and necessary remedial actions. In collaboration with our partners, we also offer Downhole Corrosion Monitoring using specialized tools and materials.
CORROSION INHIBITION
We provide both conventional corrosion inhibition and Vapor Phase Corrosion Inhibition services. In collaboration with our partners and suppliers, we offer tailored advice and implement a range of solutions based on the specific needs of our clients.
CATHODIC PROTECTION
In cooperation with our suppliers and partners, we offer inspection and assessment services, along with design, installation, and monitoring solutions. Additionally, we conduct diagnostics and analysis, providing clients with recommendations to enhance asset protection.
CORROSION STUDIES
Our experienced team is equipped to handle complex corrosion studies at various stages of a project or operation. This includes design and material selection, method statements for installation, QA/QC, inspection, failure analysis, and providing recommendations for enhanced protection.
SUPPLY OF CORROSION FITTINGS, COUPONS, PROBES AND CHEMICAL INJECTION QUILLS
TAKNIYAT is the exclusive representative of Metal Samples in Qatar.
Metal Samples provides a comprehensive range of corrosion monitoring systems, including access fittings for high-pressure/temperature systems, corrosion probes and coupons, and chemical injection quills/nozzles. Their probes include ER, LPR, erosion, hydrogen, biological, and custom types.
Their corrosion instruments include portable meters, transmitters, data loggers, and various retrieval tools. Additionally, Metal Samples offers a new range of products, including High-Resolution Wireless ER Transmitters and Wireless Non-Intrusive Ultrasonic Corrosion/Erosion Monitoring Instruments.
